NRNadira Online Shop ada berita baek utk anda !! Klik sini utk singgah :)

Haaaai gegadis di luar sana tu ! Sihat2 kah anda semua ? Si gadis di sini pon sihat2 aja hihi (nak bergadis2 la plak kan hoho). Well, today is Friday ! Woooo i loike Friday so much!! Hmmm hari ini macam biasalah aku kelas from 10:30am to 16:10pm. Tapi kelas pagi tu aku salu lenggang2 kangkung wat lambat2 sudahnya sampai kelas jam 10:45am. Hui terbaek! alah pergi awal2 pon tableh jgk nanti duduk atas kerusi 10 minit, mata dah ngantok. Pergi lambat sikit jadi xngantuk sebab masa kelas tu dah nak habes so mmg focus tu 90% lah! hihi :D
Tapi ada jugak sensei yg very strict about time. Lewat 5 minit, 10 minit or 20 minit mmg out terus. Kira absence. Luckily my name is the last one on the cheque list. Sampai lewat seminit dua, sempat lagi angkat tangan haiiiit !

Hmm talking about Japan. I am 100% sure that most of you imagine Japan as ; awek dia cun2, the guys handsome tahap macam dalam drama Jepun tu, robots, reasonable cars especially sport cars, motorbikes, make-ups, fashions, sushi, Naruto, teknologi canggih tahap taleh nak cakap hape dah, and much more. Am i right ? As a student yg dah hampir 3 tahun menetap kat sini, aku dgn rendah diri nak reveal sesuatu lah. Hihi.

First of all, lets take a look at these..

Something about Japan that most of us didnt know about it. Buah-buahan dan sayur di Jepun tersangatlah mahal !! Kamu-kamu yg kat Malaysia tu.. Silalah bersyukur dengan apa yg kamu ada di tanah tumpah darah kite tu. We have everything that we need in Malaysia. Mana nak dapat durian berbakul-bakul tu dengan harge kurang dari Rm100 ? Mana nak dapat mangga dan rambutan yg berplastik2 tu tanpa perlu bayar ? (sebab pokok kat belakang umah jer hihi ).. Malaysia Malaysia Malaysia ! Miss Malaysia so much !
Kat sini aku jarang sangat beli buah sebab agak mahal kan. Nak kata berkira tu.. Hmm adala jugak sikit2. So, pendek cerita kat sini tak boleh la nak buat buah as snack time malam2 or petang2. Better aku buat cek mek molek kot or cucur udang. Jimat2 pon jimat hak3!! kreatif tak kreatif tak ?? :DD

owh by the way,
* i  just got my first parcel from Malaysia this morning ! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY !
my first attempt utk menjalani kehidupan dan mengambil pemakanan yg sihat :)

my sifu aka my couch wrote these to me. isn't she is so sweeet? :)

Ya Allah, kuatkanlah semangatku utk menempuh hidup yg penuh liku ini. Berkatilah hidupku, kedua ibubapaku, keluarga, saudara2 ku, dan seluruh umat Islam di dunia.. Amin..

Happy weekend all !

Goodbye, belly fat! Four exercise moves to awesome abs

Assalamualaikum

Hye all !
Final exam is coming soon and i have to struggle 6 papers and one presentation
from this Tuesday to Friday.
Next week gonna be other 2 papers to go. Owh God help me :(
But i will try my best to write something benefit to read and to practise. No more nonsense talk :)
So, today is exercise to moves to awesome abs! I should try this from now!

Before you begin: You need dumbbells

1. Lunging obliques
Lunge with left leg forward. Raise right arm diagonally overhead in a half-moon shape. Hold the stretch so you feel it in the right thigh and front of the right hip. Hold for three to five counts. Switch legs. Do 10 to 12 reps.

Perfect your form: Keep shoulders away from ears.
Dial it down: Perform the stretch from standing.
Amp it up: Do walking lunge stretches instead.

2. Weighted bird dog
Start in tabletop position with shoulders stacked above weights. Raise one arm forward and extend opposite leg back. Hold for three counts. Repeat on other side. Do three sets of 10 to 12 reps.

Perfect your form: Keep your body still during the movement, as though balancing a cup of water on your back.
Dial it down: Skip the weights.
Amp it up: Use heavier weights.

3. Scissor kicks
Lie with back on floor and arms at sides, palms facing down. Lift legs perpendicular to floor. Slowly lower one leg at a time to floor. Do three sets of 10 to 12 reps.

Perfect your form: Keep your spine neutral.
Dial it down: Bend one leg at a time at the knee, for a series of toe taps.
Amp it up: Hold arms two to four inches above ground.

4. Fishtail lifts
Lie on side with head resting on outstretched arm and legs raised slightly. Bend opposite arm across body. Raise top leg toward ceiling and hold for three counts. Repeat on opposite side. Do four sets.

Perfect your form: Keep pelvis stacked and don't hike your top hip toward your ribs.
Dial it down: Hold position for fewer counts.
Amp it up: Place arm on hip and draw core into spine.
