Goodbye, belly fat! Four exercise moves to awesome abs

Assalamualaikum

Hye all ! 

Final exam is coming soon and i have to struggle 6 papers and one presentation

from this Tuesday to Friday.

Next week gonna be other 2 papers to go. Owh God help me :(

But i will try my best to write something benefit to read and to practise. No more nonsense talk :)

So, today is exercise to moves to awesome abs! I should try this from now!

Before you begin: You need dumbbells

1. Lunging obliques

Lunge with left leg forward. Raise right arm diagonally overhead in a half-moon shape. Hold the stretch so you feel it in the right thigh and front of the right hip. Hold for three to five counts. Switch legs. Do 10 to 12 reps.

Perfect your form: Keep shoulders away from ears.

Dial it down: Perform the stretch from standing.

Amp it up: Do walking lunge stretches instead.

2. Weighted bird dog

Start in tabletop position with shoulders stacked above weights. Raise one arm forward and extend opposite leg back. Hold for three counts. Repeat on other side. Do three sets of 10 to 12 reps.

Perfect your form: Keep your body still during the movement, as though balancing a cup of water on your back.

Dial it down: Skip the weights.

Amp it up: Use heavier weights.

3. Scissor kicks

Lie with back on floor and arms at sides, palms facing down. Lift legs perpendicular to floor. Slowly lower one leg at a time to floor. Do three sets of 10 to 12 reps.

Perfect your form: Keep your spine neutral.

Dial it down: Bend one leg at a time at the knee, for a series of toe taps.

Amp it up: Hold arms two to four inches above ground.

4. Fishtail lifts
Lie on side with head resting on outstretched arm and legs raised slightly. Bend opposite arm across body. Raise top leg toward ceiling and hold for three counts. Repeat on opposite side. Do four sets.

Perfect your form: Keep pelvis stacked and don't hike your top hip toward your ribs.
Dial it down: Hold position for fewer counts.
Amp it up: Place arm on hip and draw core into spine.

Hye! Just a quick update before going to sleep:)
Just wanna share the only one korean drama that i'm keep watching since last 2 or 3 months ago.
The tittle is A Thousand Kisses.
Seriously, i am getting bored of watching korean @ japanese dramas which a girl chasing for 

a group of handsome|rich|famous man 

or
a girl pretend to be a man (padahal obviously nampak budak tu perempuan! )
Seriously i HATE.
But one fine day i found this drama. For me, its such the best-ever-drama i have ever seen. Totally.

The story lines are very2 different and its also such a matured, romantic drama.

Show a lot of family and love conflicts here.

This drama is still on air and now its 43 over 50 episodes.
Even 50 episodes nak kejar, rasa sangat2 berbaloi.
In the first 20 episodes, i'm just keep crying everytime watch it.

Seriously, a really heart-touching drama.
So, lets watch it.

Common Sense vs Jom Buat Duet

Assalamualaikum

Hye writting comrates!
Okay terlebeh rajin pulak aku mengupdate belog kan
sejak due menjak ni.. Dahla exam dah dekat. Time ni pulak rajin nak update.
Sebelom kite mengorak langkah kepada tajuk asal,
marilah kite muhasabah diri..
Hmmmmmmmm..
Ok hari ni aku dah over limit aku punya azam baru iaitu cuba menanam
tahap kesabaran yg tinggi.
Kenapa? 

Sebab kawan aku sorang ni yg tade common sense.
Common sense people! COMMON SENSE !!!

Huhuu.. Dah lama aku bersabar dgn dia ni sebenarnya.
Cuma aku ni jenis pendam dan tak reti nak luah dan tak reti nak carik gadoh.
Ape yg aku tahu aku akan mendiamkan diri serta merta dan memuncungkan mulut sepanjang hari.
Nak cakap ape cakaplah. But its my way to show my real feelings.
Geram, sakit hati, rasa nak marah.
Itulah kebanyakan perasaan kalo aku bersama dgn dia ni.
Jarang nak rasa suka or senang hati. Ada je tak kena.
Nak kata dia kaya, cantik tak. Aku tak jeles pon.
Nak kate die rajin & bijak manakala aku pemalas & bodoh, aku tak jeles jugak.
Langsung tak.
But theres two obvious things yg membuatkan aku tak sekepala dgn dia
dan takkan sekepala sampai bila-bila pon dgn dia.

First, dia tade COMMON SENSE
and secondly dia suka CONDEMN orang.

Bukan nak mengata @ mengutuk beliau. Tetapi inilah ape yg aku rasa.
Ye arini mmg aku tgh geram sbb tu aku menulis dan mengadu kat sini.

Aku tak faham kenapa die suka condemn orang. Setiap idea orang mesti nak condemn.
Mesti tak setuju dan langsung tak nak dengat pandangan orang.
Kenapa jadi mcm tu?? Tolonglah wey tolonglah. Aku dah 2 tahun dah sabar ni.
Kang tak lama budak ni kang huhuhuuhu

Tiada common sense. Kalau dah tahu perangai tu tak elok dan orang tak suka,
so tak reti-reti lagi nak cuba stop condemn orang?? Come on lah come on lah!
Haishhhh tak reti aku nak cakap.
Kalo aku la kan.. Aku suka tengok perangai orang.
Kalo yg elok aku amek tiru, kalo tak elok tu, amek sbg pengajaran.
Do this and dont do that.
Tapi kalo diri tu dah tade common sense tu, hmmmm takleh buat ape lerrrr~~

Contoh kalo orang dah tade common sense:

1. Kunci basikal hilang. Maybe terjatuh kat atas tangga apartment. 

Akibat : Keesokannya basikal hilang dicuri orang.
(padahal sebelom2 tu kunci basikal dah berkali2 hilang dan orang dah pesan letak kunci basikal atas peti ais sekali dgn kunci rumah. Tak nak dgr cakap orang dan inilah padahnya)

2. Ambil wuduk dan jam@cincin tertinggal kat toilet.

(nak2 pulak kite tengah kalut nak kejar bas kan?? hadoiiii kene pulak tunggu dia. Bengang tahap gaban;((

3.Seronok2 maen salji dan handphone tertinggal dalam salji???!!
(ini memang taleh terima '&%(#$Q&))

4.Jenis lepas tangan
(dah tahu orang kalut buat kerja takkan kite nak goyang kaki?? at least AMBIL TAHU ape orang tgh buat. So, tadelah dok tanya beribu2 kali itu dan ini sampai aku rasa nak sepak aje bila benda dah siap baru nak sibuk tanya itu ini! ) *sabar nad sabar

5. Orang mintak tolong bawak barang. Dah pesan awal2 tapi still buat bodo

(haiiiiishhh ni lagi sakit jiwa. Kite dah buat itu ini. Kite suruh bawak barang alih2 die suruh kite balik???!! Ini mmg bengong lah !

Please DONT do anything orang tak suka.

Sebab kita akan menyebabkan orang sakit hati, makan hati, kecewa, geram dgn kita.
Kalo orang tak suka kite macam tu macam ni, percayalah ada hikmah disebaliknya.
One day kite akan cakap, "Huh betol ape yg dia cakap hari tu. Naseb baek aku ikut. "
SERIOUSLY.

Aku bukan lah orang yg berpengalaman sangat pon. Hidup kat muka bumi Allah ni pon baru 22 tahun.
Tapi tak salah kalo aku nak kongsi pengalaman hidop kan.
Ini juga peringatan dan pengajaran utk aku sendiri.

Come on people, come on! Pastikan anda ada common sense!

Talking About Winter & Cold

(tak jawab dosa, kalo jawab sayang..)
shuke dengar sis Maria Elene Greek cakap camni hahaha:DD

Hai Malaysian! (rasanya semua Malaysian kowt)..
So, how was your day? Mine was so-so la..
Did you know that my place was so damn cold today??
School started on 8:30am. Cycling in the morning was not a really problem to me
because i always woke up late and cycling as fast as i can so that i can arrive at class by 8:50 am.
(if u arrive at 8.51 am, u will be signed as absent:(

But when it turns to 10:30am, i feel like dying.
In class, my sensei didnt switch on the heater.
Biasalah orang Jepun suka berjimat cermat huuhu..

From morning untill the classes end, i cant stop myself complaining

Yes its winter now in Japan but recently weather seems to be little bit strange..
It should be snow around last Christmas untill early of January but untill
yesterday, theres NO snow and the temperature also rose up to 10 degrees.
BUT last night and now, its 2 degree celcius!!
I am "$!%&* freezing!
I cant stand cold and its impossible to live without heater in my room.
When cyling back to home from school, i can no longer feel my hand and my face
as they are all frozen:(
In this cold winter, i always go out with maflas, gloves and boots. Its a MUST.

Wishing for snow then Allah makbulkan kata2 saya..
Alhamdulillah. Praise to Him.
While studying in the library, I saw snow trough windows.
Even it is just for a couple of minutes, its awesome. i loveee :))

Generally speaking, i cant say i HATE winter.Why??

1. its the time to take a good care of everything. moisturise my face skin, my body skin wth body shop's
body butter (awwwww! :D) and etc. Everyday is a MUST.
2. can style myself in boots, jackets, sweater although sometimes i feels like chubby and fat.

3. yg paling penting, muka jadi cerah cantik jelita hihihi:))

Tapi yg tak bestnya..
1. cant style in skirts, blouse, pashminas and etc. Belit pashmina cantik2 pon tak guna sbb
selalu pakai jaket huuhuhu..
2. cant wake up in the morning. i can sleep from 2 am to 2 pm hahah!:DD
3. selalu rasa nk terkucil. Urghhhh takleh simpan wuduk lama2. Dahla air beku nak amek wuduk..
inilah cabaran paling besar musim sejuk

Here are some winter-korean-fashions!

1. Cute mess with a positive outlook on life:

I’m the girl a boy will wake up next to. I put on this oversized sweater and my hair in a bun. I go in the kitchen and mess up boiling hot water. I can only wear oversized glasses too because my astigmatism won’t allow for anything else. I like holding props and giggling when the boy wakes up and his hair is sticking up. I also weight 95lbs and have great skin and hair.

2. Sweet and innocent and will make any bad boy a good one:

A lot of vintage clothing goes into this as well as wearing my hair in messy braids. I stare out windows because I’m probably dying of some crazy disease that only cute Asian girls get. Also, I have the uncanny power to turn a bad boy into a good one. He will break down in front of me and cry about how his mother never loved him and then confess that he loves me. Then, I will pass out in his arms and he’ll try to revive me, but the last thing he’ll hear me say is, “You smell like coconuts.”

3. Conservative school girl:

Dressing like this can only lead to one thing; possibly statutory rape charges. Although, I’m way past the age of consent, people would get the wrong idea. Conservative is a good look. Cable knit sweaters, plaid skirts, collared shirts. I can’t go wrong with that and most of my outfits look like that already. Although, there is also the possibility I will never get a date again since everyone will think I’m still in high school.

4. Woodsy girl who likes the outdoors:

I’m all about the cardigans so this fits me easily. I’ll just add a few men’s shirts. Perhaps I can steal a boyfriend’s shirt because I will look incredibly adorable in it. Also, I like play peek-a-boo and running around the forest in a pair of wellies and blue nails. I’m not very woodsy.

p.s which one do you prefer? Korean people so damn cute rite?

After all, i choose spring because the weather is calm, mild and easy to live:)

Barakah

Hmm what a barakah weekend i had this week!
My usrah sister-Kak Gee came from Okayama prefecture to meet us.

Kak Gee is our kakak usrah since last year and before this we just had usrah on skype.
But this time, usrah on darat :)

Thanks Kak Gee waza-waza (susah-susah) datang sini. Really appreciate:)
Some activities done such as pengisian from kak gee (tadabbur surah al-Hadid ayat 12-18, tazkirah,
watching Hindustan movie-Tera Zameen Par which tell us a lot of moral values.
You all should watch this movie okay! A very heart-touching movie ever :(
and of course we woke up early and did prayer together.
Owh, also had breakfast wth them! Eating nasi lemak and spaghetti ! Loveeee :)))

So, my weekend this time was berbaloi-baloi:)
Thanks Allah. Give me ketenangan, keinsafan.
Bimbinglah aku ke jalanMu ya Allah....

Tonight, i'm gonna start my study as final exam will be soon on next week.
Hope Allah will be with me :)

Today was like yesterday and days before-non productive day at all :(
I got my legs cramp when I got up from sleep.
Very hard to walk so I decided not to go to school.

So today was just Malay movies watching day.

Talk about this contest. Hmmm this is the second time I joined contest in blogging world.

Chikyujin Matsuri | World Citizens Festival 2012 pt 1

Anyonhaseyo ! :)))

(tiba2 kat korea kan? hihi :)

Hyeeee! and apa khabar semua??
Huh i was deadly tired yesterday. I already mentioned in my previous post that
all Malaysian students will take part in Chikyujin Matsuri @ World Citizens Festival on 15th January.
On Friday, we went to market and groceries.
Saturday in the afternoon we cooked nasi ayam, chicken soup and etc.
(owh i made the sauce to perap the chicken hehe:)

In the night after Isyak prayer, we made ketayap.
Again i got my skill to made ketayap :)
Hahahha not actually the ketayap lah. 

My senior prepared the fillings which is sweetened grated coconut and the crepe.
So my work at that night was just cook the crepe which was just pour a scoop of the batter in the center of the pan and 

move the pan around for the batter to coat the side. 

And flip the crepe onces it is ready. 

Thats all! I think my niece yg 3 tahun tu pon boleh buat haaaha!
But at least i tried to make ketayap okay.

On Sunday

We opened our stall around 11:30 am and suprisingly,
people non stop kept coming to our stall !
This is the first time we joined this festival and this is so unexpected because there were a lot of
countries around the world joined this too. A nice beginning i thought:)

But actually we started selling all the juadah on 2 pm as well as othera countries food booth.
By 3 pm, ketayap was the first juadah sold out! Japanese seems like coconut so much because they
rarely use it in daily life plus japan also have no coconut tree huhu..

Nasi ayam was also have nice responds from Japanese people. Good job! :)
We closed our food and country booths around 5 pm as well as the festival closing ceremony.

Rumahku, Syurgaku

Assalamualaikum 

Hye readers and oh hye my dear blog! :)
Hmmmm today was a fine day i thought. Maybe.
As you all know my class was just started on last Tuesday after a loooooong 17-days winter break :)
Today was also no classes because all universities around Japan

will be use for センター試験 (sentaaa shiken)

 | pronounced sen as cent and ken as kenny roagers punya ken |

Friday for preparations, Saturday n Sunday for the real examination.
So, we are NOT ALLOWED to step close in the school to avoid any intefere@disturbance.
The candidates are all 18 years old Japanese high school students 

which come from all parts of Japan. 

They will take this exam as SPM to enter any universities that they would like to pursue their studies

and if i am not wrong,

the students intake for new semester will be announced on February
as the new semester gonna be on April..

So, its gonna be 3-weekend-days ! :)))))
But my Friday was totally gone-i do nothing!
Just goyang kaki relaxing macam final exam tahun depan huhuhuhu :(

Tomorrow and on Sunday will be hectic day.

We will join International Festivals and as Malaysia country representators,
we are going to sell nasi ayam, keropok lekor, kueh ketayap and cucur udang.
Maybe there will be update about that so just wait:)

Oh gosh i hate this! I hate when it comes to teamwork!
Everyone seems to be selfish, buat muka tak puas hati.
But its okay. I think I can handle.
I promise I will just keep quiet and pretend everything is okay.
I PROMISE :)

Assobaru Minal Imaan...

So what pictures to share today?
Hmm just wanna show my lovely house in Japan.
I name it MICASABLANCA..
Just an ordinary Japanese house actually.
But its okay seems I am living alone so neva mind if it little bit small.
It comes with a room, toilet & bathroom (also got bathtub ok!) and also a kitchen.
I love my house I LOVE IT !

Nampak je biasa ni tapi kalo earthquake biasa2 insyaallah boleh tahan :)

I got a lot of ideas to decorate my room but just so you know it needs a lot $$$$￥￥..
I just do all what I can do and theres it! The result! 

As simple as me, as messy as me and etc :P

Owh actually I already made an entry for this but it was one year ago.
This is the latest one. The interior design changed little bit not much.
Nak jadik interior designer tapi tak mampu :(

I rent this house on April 2010 and its about 2 years already.
The deposit and etc cost almost 10,0000 yen which is almost RM3600.
Monthly rent payment is 27,000 yen includes water bills unlimited which is 

almost RM1101 due to current currency rates :(

and monthly gas, electric, and phone bills cost almost 30,000 yen = RM1223
depends on monthly consuming..

This bills will be totally high especially gas and electric on this season which is WINTER.
I cant stand cold so i will keep my heater turning on for hours except when I am going to sleep :)
Nak mandi susah nak masuk bathroom, tapi bila dah masuk tanak keluar2.
Sejukkkkkkk gila :(((((

Mahal gila kan?? Ni lah Jepun kalo nak tahuuuu huhuhu..

I love my house and I promise will take care of it untill I go back to Malaysia on 2014 insyaallah..

Do pray for me peeps! Doa untuk saya menjadi seorang yg baek sebab saya rasa saya sangatlah jahat sekarang :(

And-Everything-Turn-to-Pink

Okay arini berwajah ceria wink3~
Selepas aku list down azam tahun baru aku kat blog ni itu hari,
alhamdulillah setakat ni aku mampu lagi bertahan.
Tambah2 lagi yg pasal menanam tahap kesabaran yg tinggi tu.
Setiap kali tekanan darah aku naek aje, aku mesti ingat ape yg aku tulis tu,
nad sabar nad istighfar istighfar banyak2.
and it was paid! I am no longer want to be marah2 lagi..
Sikit2 tu adala lagi slow2 kan..
Tapi aku tak paham ngn kawan aku yg sorang tu..
Setiap kali dia cakap ngn aku or orang2 kat sekitar, aku selalu dengar die asyik nak
menghentam orang je. Bukan menghentam ape pon, i mean kalo die bercakap
mesti dia aje nak menang. And nak suruh orang terima pendapat die aje.
Semua orang ada point of view masing2 kan and why not kite just try to listen.
Kalo tak setuju tu tak payah la nak terangkan balik pendapat kau tu dekat sepuluh kali
and keep saying kau faham tak? Kau faham tak?

Mak aih. Cakap macam tu macam kite ni benak@lembap@lampi sangat ke nak paham ape
